Teacher: Tyler Lavigne

Tyler grew up in a spiritual community. He is one of the founding teachers at the Pilgrimage of the Heart. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. An avid surfer, Tyler incorporates the natural organic movements of the body and breath to open the heart and create avenues to relax the everyday activity of the mind.
