Levels and Styles

Level I – Learn the essential postures (asanas) for health, strength, flexibility, balance and happiness. Instructors focus on proper alignment and breathing in foundational yoga postures. This level is great for beginners to learn the fundamentals, or for more advanced practitioners who are looking for a slower paced class.


Level II – Take your practice to the next level. Begin exploring more challenging postures, including inversions, arm balances and more vigorous sequences. Great for those who are comfortable in Level I classes.


Gentle – A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class that focuses on postures to awaken and relax your body and mind. Soothing music, rejuvenating postures and deep relaxation combine to refresh your body and mind. The room is kept at a comfortable temperature. A great class for beginners and anyone seeking a rejuvenating and restorative yoga experience. Stretch, relax and release your day. See all gentle classes.


Yoga I – A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class that focuses on learning the essential postures (asanas) for health, strength, flexibility, balance and happiness. Instructors focus on proper alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures. This class is accessible to beginners and is slightly more vigorous than our Gentle Yoga class. See all Yoga I classes.


Yoga II – For students who are seeking to grow their strength, balance and flexibility. Begin exploring more challenging postures, including inversions, Sun Salutations and more vigorous sequences. See all Yoga II classes.


Flowing Yoga I – Explore the dynamic, athletic side of yoga. Explore the fundamentals of our flowing yoga classes. This class is a perfect stepping-stone to our Flowing Yoga II and Hot Flowing Yoga II classes or a great yoga experience in itself. See all Flowing Yoga I classes.


Flowing Yoga II – A flowing and athletic routine synchronizing breath and movement, linking postures together to create a challenging and dynamic practice.
